How Airport Pickup Works (Step-by-Step)

Landing in a busy airport can be overwhelming. We make your arrival completely seamless:

  1. Flight Tracking: Provide us your flight number. We monitor your flight in real-time, so even if your plane is delayed, your driver will be waiting right on time.
  2. Clear Meeting Point: After passing customs and collecting your bags, exit to the main arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the designated Driver Meeting Area.
  3. Signboard Identification: Your driver will be holding a clear signboard with YOUR NAME printed on it.
  4. Direct Ride to Amed: The drive takes about 3 to 3.5 hours. We are happy to stop for a quick restroom or convenience store break along the way at no extra charge.
