No deposit is required. The fixed price is confirmed on WhatsApp before travel and paid directly to your driver in cash or by bank transfer.
Can I stop at Tirta Gangga on the way?
Yes, when arranged in advance. Longer sightseeing stops add travel time and may have an additional fee.

Is there a shuttle bus from Bali Airport to Amed?
Shared shuttles do run to East Bali, but not on demand from the terminal: they leave on a set schedule, usually from a town rather than the airport, and drop you at a fixed point rather than your accommodation.
