Welcome to Amed Driver (ameddriver.com). By accessing our website and utilizing our transport booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following transparent terms and conditions.

1. Transparent Fixed Rates

All transfer rates generated by our private ride calculator or agreed upon via WhatsApp are strictly fixed prices. The rate quotes always include:

There are absolutely no unexpected extra surcharges at the end of your trip unless you explicitly request a custom, long-route sightseeing detour outside the initial plan.

2. Payment Terms (Pay on Arrival)

To ensure 100% peace of mind and digital security, we do not request any upfront payment or credit card deposit online. Full service payment is made directly and safely in person to your driver upon reaching your destination hotel or final drop-off location. Payments are settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) cash.

3. Flexible & Free Cancellation

Travel plans change, and cancelling costs you nothing. Because we take no deposit and no card details, there is no payment to withhold and no penalty to charge.

Cancellation is free when you notify us on WhatsApp at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For an airport transfer, that is at least 12 hours before your flight is due to land. Within that notice period we can offer the driver another trip, which is why we ask for it.

If your plans change inside the 12 hours, or nobody is at the pickup point at the agreed time, please still message us: a driver has usually already set off for you. Changing the date or time of a booking follows the same rule as cancelling, and is equally free.

4. Airport Pickup Protocols

For airport transfer pickups at Denpasar International Airport (DPS), your designated driver will monitor your flight status in real time. Our team member will be waiting holding a distinct nameboard displaying your name at the official arrival terminal paging zone. Standard airport gate parking fees are already covered in your quote.

5. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are kindly required to declare any oversized items such as surfboard bags, massive hard-case luggage, or extensive scuba diving gear sets prior to departure via WhatsApp. This ensures our community allocates a vehicle with adequate trunk spacing for your absolute comfort.
